Dubai: The Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates announced 30 tons of medical supplies for the devastated Beirut. According to reports, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has taken the initiative in the Arab world by announcing the largest aid to the people of Beirut after the catastrophic disaster in the Lebanese capital Beirut. Sheikh Mohammed Rashid al-Maktoum, the vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates and ruler of Dubai, has ordered 30 tons of medical supplies and aid to be sent to Beirut following yesterday’s deadly bombing. According to Baaghi TV, a 747 jumbo jet from the United Arab Emirates has arrived in Beirut carrying about 30 tons of relief supplies following the order of Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum. This includes trauma kits, surgical supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE).
