US Ambassador to Pakistan Donald Bloom has met Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja.
In the meeting, the spokesperson of the American Embassy assured the support of the United States for holding free and fair elections in accordance with the constitution and law of Pakistan.
Regarding the meeting with the Chief Election Commissioner, the spokesperson said that free and fair elections were discussed in the meeting.
Donald Bloom says that it is the people’s job to choose the future leaders of Pakistan and is determined to deepen and widen the relationship with Pakistan.
The US ambassador says that the US will continue to work with the elected representatives of Pakistanis.
