US Sec of State speaks with COAS; offers US assistance for talks
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with Army Chief Asim Munir earlier today (Saturday).
The US Secretary of State urged both parties to find ways to deescalate and offered U.S. assistance in starting constructive talks in order to avoid future conflicts.
