Washington: United States President, Joe Biden, has decided to distribute frozen Afghan assets equally among the Afghan people and the victims of the 9/11 attacks. According to US media, the value of the frozen Afghan assets is estimated at 7 billion US dollars, which the Biden administration had been reluctant to return.
