ISLAMABAD, OCT 24 (Online): Usman Dar, Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) has written a letter to speaker National Assembly (NA) Khawaja Asif to hold investigation into the grave allegations leveled by PML-N MNA Khawaja Asif against him.
In a letter written by Usman Dar it was said that Khawaja Asif had leveled grave allegations against him and Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan. His allegations are baseless, misleading and concocted. I have refuted categorically these mean allegations. These accusations can undermine my and Imran Khan prestige.
It has been alleged that planning has been devised to inflict loss of life, he pointed out. It was further alleged by Khawaja Asif that plan has been evolved at the behest of PM to cause physical damage to him.
He demanded a fact finding committee of NA be constituted to meet the ends of justice. The committee should be fully empowered to probe into the allegation so that the committee could seek evidence from Khawaja Asif regarding the allegations. Proceedings be initiated against Khawaja Asif under article 62 in the event of non provision of any evidence by him.
Usman Dar has sent video clip containing the allegations of Khawaja Asif to NA speaker.
