Vice-Chairman PBC issues statement for Supreme Court to Reconsider

Mr Khush Dil Khan vice chairman Pakistan Bar Council has issued the following statement.

The legal fraternity has expressed a serious concern on its unprecedented dented passage of an order by a 5 member bench of Honorable Supreme Court while hearing the case against the prime minister of Pakistan regarding allocation of public funds to Parliament station without consulting one of the member of the bench namely honorable Mr justice Qazi Faiz Isha anyone without circulating the same to him for his views and signatures and subsequently not making him part of any belt of Honorable Supreme Court of hearing Court cases and instead having confined him to only chamber work.

I therefore age Upon The Honorable Supreme Court for evening at action as a formation in the larger interest of smooth functioning of the Honorable Supreme court and for safeguarding independence of its honorable judge for discharging their constitutional duties to dispense justice. However in view of importance and significance of the matter I am proposing venning of a meeting of the Pakistan Bar Council at an early date to consider the above said matter.
