We will continue to fight for the rights of Kashmiris: PM Pakistan

According to the report of Baaghi TV, Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that today we are celebrating Pakistan Accession Day.

In his message on social networking site Twitter, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that today Kashmiris had passed a resolution to join Pakistan. The rights of Kashmiris renew their commitment to support the struggle for self-determination.

Today we commemorate the historic occasion of Youm-i-Ilhaq-e-Pakistan, when Kashmiris passed a resolution for accession to Pakistan. We reaffirm our commitment to the Kashmiri people & stand with them in their struggle for self-determination.

Prime Minister Imran Khan further said that the right of Kashmiris to self-determination has been recognized by the UN Security Council. We will continue to fight for the rights of Kashmiris. We will continue to support Kashmiris in their struggle against the atrocities of the Indian government. Kashmiris will one day get justice

It should be noted that Kashmiris all over the world are celebrating Pakistan Accession Day today. The purpose of celebrating this day is to renew the pledge that Kashmir is a part of Pakistan and the struggle will continue till its accession to Pakistan.

On July 19, 1947, 60 Kashmiri leaders gathered at the house of Kashmiri leader Sardar Ibrahim in Srinagar and unanimously decided to join Pakistan. That decision was the voice of the heart of every Kashmiri. The decision was made to protect religious, cultural, geographical and economic rights.

The decision was in accordance with the British formula of accession. But it was in no way compatible with Indian intentions.

Maharaja Hari Singh of the Hindu Dogra Raj of Kashmir could not digest this decision of the Muslims. Hari Singh did not respect the wishes of the majority of the population, nor did he secretly accept pro-India basic human rights.

After which an uprising started in the whole valley which is still going on today.
