Well known folk and Sufi singer Qurban Ali Niazi has passed away

Famous folk and Sufi singer Qurban Ali Niazi, younger brother of Tufail Niazi, who is known for folk music all over the world, passed away today.

Baaghi TV: According to the details, he was undergoing treatment at PIMS Hospital due to respiratory problems where he met Khaliq Haqiqi.Qurban Niazi has been involved in music for 50 years.

He made Pakistan famous all over the world. His funeral prayers will be offered today, Monday, August 23, after Maghrib prayers at Newktarian Cemetery, IJP Principal Road.

He was awarded the Medal of Distinction by the Government of Pakistan in recognition of his art.
