Great news for WhatsApp users! Social networking websites and applications make changes every few months for their users’ convenience and for this purpose, they take a variety of surveys and seek feedback from their community. This helps them improve their app even further.
The upcoming update to social networking application WhatsApp is expected to make some interesting changes, the biggest of which is to hide your last seen from specific contacts on WhatsApp. No similar feature or option has been introduced before.
It is to be noted that you won’t be able to make use of this feature until the next update. Before, you either had to delete the person’s number or block them to prevent them from seeing your “Last Seen”, but now it is possible for all contacts saved on your phone – no need for deletion.
This WhatsApp feature can be helpful for many, especially for those who have to keep numbers of many people. Some other helpful features WhatsApp includes are turning off “Blue Tick/Seen” and disabling automatic download of pictures and videos. These are helpful for both storage and privacy reasons.
