Last month, news of actress Sanam Jung’s separation from her husband Qassam was circulating on social media, with Sanam Jang saying that she was living a happy life with her husband and if we ever do get divorced, it would be because of the people. Therefore, it is better to avoid spreading such rumors.

The actress recently appeared on Ahsan Khan’s show ‘Time Out with Ahsan Khan’, on a private TV channel. Where she was asked by the host that while she had encountered rumors before, it was the first time that she engaged by responding. Ahsan Khan asked Jung about the reason for issuing an explanation to the divorce rumors.

To which Sanam Jang replied, “I explained about my divorce because there were problems in our house due to these false news. My mother-in-law started receiving calls, did Qassam get remarried?”

“My husband who was in the US also got such calls,” said Sanam Jang. “Which upset him and he said to me, what is going on? Not only that, people from far and wide, especially the family, were constantly calling, due to which I had to explain, because the matter was getting very serious”, she added.

“Everyone is worried about why Qassam don’t live together,” she said. “There’s a long story behind why we don’t live together but I can’t tell. However, in short he stays there for his job and we have been here for some time and, plan to shift there soon”.
