Chairman Senate, Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, is leading Pakistan’s parliamentary delegation to the 68th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference being held in Barbados.
The Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference brings together speakers, parliamentarians, and representatives from member states across the globe.
Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani will hold a series of bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the conference with parliamentary leaders, lawmakers, and key global parliamentary figures.
In London, prior to departing for the 68th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference Chairman Senate, Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani held separate meetings with British Member of Parliament Mohammad Yasin and Deputy Mayor of Slough Asim Ranjha.
During these meetings, discussions were held on Pakistan-UK bilateral relations, parliamentary cooperation, and the role of the overseas Pakistani community.
