Zahid Hafeez Replaced as State Department Spokesperson

Islamabad: State Department spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhry has changed with Pakistan’s ambassador to Australia being appointed new spokesperson.

According to reports, massive changes are being made in the Pakistan State Department, despite the rapidly transforming conditions of the South Asia region, with the Taliban now in power in Afghanistan.

Details state that Zahid Hafeez, a brilliant spokesman for the State Department in Islamabad, who also served as an interpreter, has been replaced. Now, the ambassador to Australia, Asim Iftikhar, has been entrusted with the responsibility.

According to sources, more changes are to be expected, further consultations are underway, and these announcements may arrive at any time.
