Zahir Jaffer Tortured and Raped Noor Mukadam, Reveals Forensic Report

Lahore, 11th August: A forensic report received by the police reveals that Zahir Jaffer had brutally tortured and raped the 27-year-old victim Noor Mukadam before killing and beheading her.

According to details of the forensic report sent to police, a shocking discovery emerged on Wednesday in Noor Mukadam’s murder case. The report revealed that Noor Mukadam was raped and badly tortured by the accused Zahir Jaffer before he killed her mercilessly.

According to reports, the rape was confirmed from the forensic report after Zahir Jaffer’s DNA matched with the victim Noor Mukadam, daughter of former Pakistani ambassador to Korea.

Furthermore, sources have disclosed that the fingerprints on the knife used to murder Noor have also matched with Zahir Jaffer’s fingerprints.

Meanwhile, the forensic report also confirmed that the man and woman seen in the CCTV  footage are Zahir Jaffer and Noor Mukadam.

According to reports, the names of all the accused nominated in the Noor Mukadam case along with the murdered Zahir Jaffer have been placed on Exit Control List (ECL).

According to information received from Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid, Zahir Jaffer, his parents, Zakir Jaffer, Asmat and three domestic workers have been placed on the ECL after the approval from the sub-committee of the cabinet.

It may be recalled that a gruesome murder of 27-year-old Noor Mukadam took place on n July 20 by her friend Zahir Jaffer in  Islamabad at his residence. After which the accused was arrested and is currently under police custody.
