February 24, 2021: A two-member Chinese delegation called on Punjab Energy Minister Dr Akhtar Malik.
The delegation from ZonesG Company, including the GM ZonesG, Shu Hongcheng called on Punjab Energy Minister Dr. Akhtar Malik. During the meeting, Madam Sania Owais, MD, Punjab Power Development Board and Agha Arshian, Legal Head, ZonesG were also present.
Issues of mutual interest and corporate social responsibility were discussed. Dr. Akhtar Malik said that ZonesG, under their CSR initiative should work for the welfare of the local people. International energy companies should spend part of their profits on education and health. He said, “The Energy Department has set up a trust in Sahiwal under CSR. Technical training schools and hepatitis clinics are functioning under this trust.”
