Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Special Assistant Zulfi Bukhari has filed a defamation suit against Reham Khan over her controversial tweets regarding the sale of Roosevelt Hotel.
According to details, Zulfi Bukhari has demanded an apology from Reham Khan, return of charges and compensation in the case filed in London High Court.
Zulfi Bukhari has taken the position that Reham Khan defamed me through tweets and damaged my reputation. The committee on the Roosevelt Hotel included five people but only I was targeted. I have been forced to go to court to seek justice.

He said that Reham Khan would have to present evidence of his allegations in the court, adding that the case was important in terms of freedom of expression. A spokesman for the High Court said the case filed by Zulfi Bukhari would take eight months to begin.

It should be noted that on December 6, 2019, Reham Khan had alleged in his tweet that the sale of the hotel would benefit Zulfi Bukhari and called it an act of ‘robbery’. However, the tweet has been deleted before the court action started, it’s understood.
To help support her fight against Bukhari in London High Court, Reham set up an online funding page, hosted by her son Sahir Khan where she is asking for up to £30,000 in donations.
