Naval Chief pays farewell visit to CJCSC

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi on Saturday paid farewell call on Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza at Joint Staff Headquarters here.

The CJCSC thanked CNS for his services to the Nation during a long and illustrious career, said an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release.

It may be recalled that a few days ago, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Mahmood Abbasi on his farewell visit had also met Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ.

During the meeting, the Army Chief thanked the Naval Chief for his long service to the nation, according to an ISPR report. Earlier, the Chief of Army Staff and Amir-ul-Bahr appointed a guard of honor and laid a wreath at the memorial and offered Fateha.
