According to the report of Baaghi TV, the Islamabad High Court sent the girl Areeba Saleem to Darulaman.
The girl is 15 and a half years old. NADRA’s record was presented in court. The deputy attorney general told the court that the Mullah wrote the age of 18 so that the girl could be considered an adult. Justice Amir Farooq while giving remarks asked if Mullah was called and asked? The leaflet should then be against the Mullah.
Areeba testified in court that I was over 17 years old. Justice Amir Farooq asked the girl if she wanted to meet her mother. To which the girl replied that she did not want to meet her mother.
The court asked the girl how old her husband was and what does he do. The girl testified in court that her husband is 20 years old and he does not work. Justice Amir Farooq ordered her to stay in Darulaman for at least a week and not with her husband.
