Srinagar, 11th June: At least seven Kashmiris have been martyred in an alleged clash with hundreds of Indian troops in occupied Kashmir during the recent state terror attack by Indian forces.
According to sources, a police officer claimed that some persons were hiding in an apple orchard near Sogo village in the south of Srinagar when they were surrounded by troops before dawn. “Five weapons and their bodies were recovered from the scene,” he said.
According to sources from Adharsari Nagar, the Indian Army has launched a violent siege and operation in Budgam district of Occupied Kashmir, which is causing severe hardships to the locals. There were reports of the martyrdom of two Kashmiri youths from this area as well.
Until the latest reports, all entrances and exits to the area were sealed off.
It may be recalled that at least 9 Kashmiri people were killed in the last 24 hours in the alleged clashes in Occupied Kashmir two days ago. More than 50 militants have been killed since April, while 23 Indian soldiers have also been killed.
