COVID-19, second wave continues in Pakistan as cases rise

According to a report by Baaghi TV, corona cases in Pakistan are on the rise after the second wave started.

According to the NCOC, 19 people have lost their lives in the last 24 hours in Pakistan. Meanwhile, 2,128 new patients have emerged. The total number of deaths from corona has risen to 7,160, while the total number of corona patients has risen to 359,032.

According to the NCOC, 323,824 corona patients have recovered in Pakistan, and 28,484 are undergoing treatment.

According to the NCOC, the number of corona patients in Sindh is 155,680 and in Punjab it is 110,450. There are 42,370 patients in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 24,218 in Islamabad, 16,407 in Balochistan, 5,455 in Azad Kashmir and 4,452 in Gilgit.

The Corona virus has killed 2,475 people in Punjab, 2,747 in Sindh, 1,311 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 257 in Islamabad, 156 in Balochistan, 93 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 121 in Azad Kashmir.

The second wave of corona virus has started in Pakistan. To deal with the second wave, SOPs will have to be strictly adhered to. According to the NCOC, corona is spreading in 15 cities across the country. Eighty percent of corona cases in Pakistan were reported from eleven major cities.
