Malakand University administration has filed a UFM case against Liaquat Ali Khan. The Member Provincial Assembly had appeared for the BA examination on October 14th as a private candidate. The Controller of Examinations failed the Pakistan Study paper and withheld the results. Liaqat Ali was studying for a BA paper at the Government Degree College, in the examination center.
