Lahore, 25th May: Another PSL player has been ruled out from the sixth edition of the tournament after falling victim to the coronavirus pandemic.

Baaghi TV: Coronavirus continues to wreak its havoc in the sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2021 after another player tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday.

The coronavirus test of a player from the team Quetta Gladiators came back positive. The player was tested for coronavirus on arrival at the hotel yesterday.

The affected player will not travel to Abu Dhabi with the team. The player was sent to quarantine on a separate floor of the hotel in Karachi.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Super League 6 suffered a major blow when Shahid Khan Afridi, the most popular player of this format, was ruled out of the tournament due to his back injury.

According to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), the global pandemic of coronavirus is spreading rapidly in Pakistan.

The total number of deaths from coronavirus in Pakistan has reached 20,191 while the total number of affected people has reached 9,55000.
