Lahore, 5th July: Federal Minister Asad Umar asks the Opposition to refrain from holding rallies during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic in the country.
According to reports, Federal Minister for Planning Asad Umar has urged Opposition Leader Shehbaz Sharif not to hold rallies with thousands of protestors as Pakistan is still undergoing the deadly pandemic.
The minister took to his Twitter account on Monday and criticized PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif, for holding a rally in Swat.
Asad Umar wrote, “Shahbaz sharif in his NA speech lectured about amazing things he would have done to stop COVID if he was in power. The least he can do is not do jalsas with thousands of people as he did in swat yesterday. Or is he only willing to do something positive for Pakistan if he is in power?”
