Karachi: The National Command Operation Centre (NCOC) has started implementing its decision regarding the COVID-19 vaccination certificates in Sindh.

Sindh Transport Minister Awais Shah said that in light of NCOC’s decision, a check for corona vaccination certificates will be carried out in passenger vehicles and public transportation, as per the orders issued to all Sindh Regional Transport Secretaries.

He said that it has been decided to check for corona vaccination certificates in inter-provincial and inter-district public transportation. Public transport owners, operators and passengers can only travel with a vaccination certificate and transporters shouldn’t offer bookings to those who are unvaccinated. Only with the cooperation of citizens can we stop the spread of the corona epidemic, he said.

The provincial transport minister has directed all passengers coming to Sindh from other provinces to bring their vaccination certificate with them. The same has been ordered to drivers and conductors.
