PIA Starts Special Flight Operations for the Middle East

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced to operate 20 additional flights from Karachi for passengers on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.

According to details, the national flag carrier will operate 14 additional flights from Karachi to Islamabad and 6 additional flights to Lahore using a Boeing 777 aircraft.

A PIA spokesman said that a total of 14 flights would be operated from Karachi to Islamabad, 4 daily flights to Islamabad and 6 additional flights from Karachi to Lahore.

The administration added that PIA would operate two special flights from Doha on July 16.

Earlier this month, the national flag carrier had announced to operate 18 flights to Pakistan from Dubai, Doha and Bahrain. Flights will be operated from Gulf countries to Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi.

The spokesman said that 10 flights would be operated from Dubai to Pakistan, 6 from Doha and 2 from Bahrain and the flight operation from Gulf countries would be completed from July 6 to July 18.
