Prominent businessmen and owners of the Master MoltyFoam, Nadeem Malik and Shahzad Malik, have been accused of illegally occupying a shop by force and stealing its goods worth millions of rupees.
According to the details, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) have filed a First Information Report (FIR) and issued arrest warrants against the owners and managers of Master MoltyFoam.
Baaghi TV has received a copy of the FIR through reliable sources that has been registered under Section 147 (Punishment for rioting), Section 148 (Rioting, armed with deadly weapon), Section 380 (Theft in dwelling-house, etc), Section 427 (committing mischief and thereby causes loss or damage) of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).
The FIR has been registered by Muhammad Danish s/o Mehboob Ali resident of Korangi area of Karachi. In the FIR, it is mentioned that some people broke into his shop which is located in Manzoor Colony, Main Furniture Market, Karachi and stole mattresses and some other goods worth 4 – 4.5 million rupees.
Master MoltyFoam Owners Accused of Theft, Arrest Warrants Issued
Muhammad Danish owns a dealership of Diamond Supreme Foam (a competitor of Master MoltyFoam) for which he has rented a shop in Manzoor Colony Karachi. As per mentioned in the FIR, at around 06:30 pm (PST) Nadeem Malik, Shahzad Malik, Syed Hassan Raza, Raheel, Zubair and Bilal along with 30-35 unidentified men broke into his shop and got hold of all the goods that were worth millions.

Apart from that they got hold of many important documents and even stole cash and prize bonds worth 2 – 2.5 million rupees. The petition (petition # 403/2021) has been filed in the Sindh High Court (SHC) under Sections 147, 148, 380, 427 of the PPC against owners and managers of Master MoltyFoam. According to the FIR, the incident took place as a professional rivalry by the Master Group against the Diamond Supreme Foam.
CAA Reeks of Nepotism and Mismanagement
The owners of Master Group, Nadeem Malik and Shahzad Malik, have escaped and are still hiding however, the police is still looking for the accused. Baaghi TV has learnt from reliable sources that LEAs across the city have started raids to arrest Shahzad Malik and Nadeem Malik after registering an FIR against the accused.
According to sources, the residents of the area strongly protested against this act and demanded strict action against the owners of Master MoltyFoam owners. A case has been registered against them in the local police station and raids are being carried out to arrest them.
