Reacting to the news, Special Assistant Shahbaz Gul said in a statement that the incompetent league needs some propaganda every day to stay in the news. Don’t expect

Special Assistant Shahbaz Gul says that once again I want time to sing the tune of why I was fired. Cheap political stunts will not wash away the stains like money laundering and corruption. Those who return to Pakistan will become a lesson in the world

Fawad Chaudhry said on Twitter that he came across an amazing story of Ansar Abbasi in which a Gilgit judge says that when he was having tea with Saqib Nisar, the judge told the High Court judge on the phone that Nawaz Sharif’s bail not to be taken before elections!
He further wrote that how jokes are being run in this country to prove that Nawaz Sharif is oppressed, guess if you go to a judge for tea, he is sitting on the phone from the front to issue such instructions in front of you. Whether to take bail of an accused or not! The accused is not a common man either.

In another tweet, Fawad Chaudhry said that instead of fabricating stupid stories and conspiracy theories, tell where Nawaz Sharif got the money for the Avonfield Apartments which were later given to Maryam Nawaz. Maryam said, “I don’t have any property in London or even in Pakistan. Now the property of billions has come to light. Answer it.”

On the other hand, former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar has denied reports that Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz were not released on bail.

Mubashir Luqman, a senior Pakistani journalist and anchor person, tweeted on social networking site Twitter that his Chief Justice (retd) Saqib Nisar had denied the media reports.

He said that he had talked to Saqib Nisar Sahib a while ago. He vehemently denies any truth in the claims of Ansar Abbasi. However, after so many years, Ansar Sahib can now find out the real truth behind Aiwan Field Apartments if not other lands and properties?

According to private TV channel Hum News, former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar has termed the news regarding non-release of Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz on bail as baseless and contradicts the facts. Former Chief Justice Rana M. Shamim has claimed that he was a witness to the incident when the then Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar had ordered a High Court judge to grant bail to Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz before the 2018 general elections. But not to be released

The report claimed that the statement of former Chief Justice of Gilgit-Baltistan Rana Shamim was made before the Oath Commissioner on November 10, 2021. The notarized affidavit bears the signature of the former Chief Justice of Gilgit-Baltistan and a copy of his identity card.

However, now former Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has said that the news published is baseless. I did not make any recommendation for anyone.

According to Hum News, former Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has said that this news is against the facts. Rana Shamim was asking for extension in his post which I did not give. The extension was not in accordance with the law.
