Uttarakhand: Four tourists lost their lives in a helicopter crash near Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand on Thursday morning.
According to initial reports, there were a total of six people on board the helicopter, of whom four have been confirmed dead, while two people survived with injuries. The helicopter that crashed was en route from the state capital Dehradun to the Harsal helipad.

The helicopter was completely full of tourists who were probably travelling on the Char Dham Yatra. As soon as the accident was reported, police, army, and ambulances immediately rushed to the scene.

Rescue operations are being carried out while the injured are being shifted to a nearby hospital. Further investigation into the incident is underway and authorities are collecting evidence to find out the causes of the accident.
