Lahore, 10th May: Today in the live Sehri transmission of the program ‘Rehmat Hee Rehmat’, powered by Q-Mobile, Allama Abdul Shakoor Haqqani and Allam Syed Hasnain Mousavi talked about the second ten days of Ramadan.

The second ten days of Ramadan are for forgiveness, we must ask Allah for the forgiveness of our sins. Allama Abdul Shakoor Haqqani and Allama Syed Hasnain Mousavi spoke about the second decade of Ramadan.

Speaking on the occasion, Allama Haqqani said that the first ten days of Ramadan ends with its blessings covering the children of Adam, while the second decade is more rewarding than the first decade. In the first ten days, the Lord of Glory befits every fasting person who fasts for the sake of Allah (SWT).

The Lord of the world bestows His special blessings in this blessed month more than in any other month. These blessings are for Muslims. After a tenth of mercy, the tenth of forgiveness begins. The more Muslims give thanks to their Lord for these blessings, the less it is. Even if one does not raise one’s head from this prostration of thanksgiving for the rest of one’s life, one cannot be thankful for this great blessing.

Rehmat Hee Rehmat: We must seek forgiveness from Allah during Ramadan

The Almighty forgives a Muslim for all his past sins, and this atonement is for his minor sins. Repentance is a condition for his major sins. If a Muslim sincerely repents of all his past major sins in the second ten days, Allah will forgive his minor sins with the blessing of fasting, and he will be cleansed of his sins as his mother gave birth to him.

The Lord of the World loves forgiveness. When a servant sins and feels ashamed of himself, he prays for forgiveness. Allah only to say, “Go, I have forgiven you.” Look at the glory of Allah that the servant said “Ah” only for forgiveness, and the whole prayer has not been completed yet that He forgave him.

Rehmat Hee Rehmat: We need to adopt good virtue

The Lord of Glory seeks excuses to forgive His servants. When a servant commits a sin, He, the Most Gracious, gives him respite so that he may still ask forgiveness from me, perhaps he may still turn to me.
There is a Hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) that when a servant commits a sin, the heavens ask Allah: “O Allah! Let me break down on him.” The earth says: “Oh, let me sink it into me.”

On this occasion, Malik-ul-Mulk says: “If this is your creation and you are its creator, then you are allowed. And if they are my slaves and I am their creator, then leave the matter of my slave to me. I will wait for him to come to me and ask forgiveness for his sins.”

Allama Syed Hasnain Mousavi, while talking about the second ten days of Ramadan, said that
the second decade of Ramadan has great blessings, it has great virtues. These ten days are very precious for us in which we can ask forgiveness for all our minor and major sins and present ourselves before Him.

The first ten days of the month of Ramadan are the days of mercy. Now the second ten days are of “forgiveness”, overshadowed with all its bounties and blessings, mercy, and forgiveness.

Let us now repent and seek forgiveness in this second decade of Ramadan by shedding tears of remorse in the loneliness of the night, showing shame for our sins, and pleasing our Lord.
