COVID-19: With 97 deaths a day the toll is on the rise in Pakistan

Lahore, 6th June: The spread of coronavirus is on the rise in Pakistan, the number of patients and deaths has increased. On June 5, 4,734 people in the country were diagnosed with COVID-19.
According to the latest figures released by the National Command and Control Center on coronavirus, the number of people infected has risen to 93,983 across the country. The number of active corona cases in the country is 59,467,
On June 5, 22,185 corona tests were conducted across the country.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is 12,459
Sindh is 34,889
Punjab is 35,308
Islamabad is 4,323
Azad Kashmir is 331
Baluchistan is 5,776
Gilgit-Baltistan is 897
On June 5, 97 people lost their lives across the country, bringing the total death toll to 1935.

Baluchistan is 54
Islamabad is 45
Gilgit-Baltistan is 13
Azad Kashmir is 8
So far, 32,582 patients have recovered from coronavirus across the country.
As of June 5, 660,508 tests for corona have been carried out across the country.
The condition of 1,265 corona patients across the country is critical.
5,060 patients are being treated in various hospitals across the country.
