AIOU to Launch ‘Face-to-Face’ BS Programs

Islamabad (22nd July, 2019): Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) to launch four-year, face-to-face BS programs in six disciplines keeping in view growing demands and market needs.
According to Baaghi TV’s sources, Allama Iqbal Open University to launch four-year ‘face-to-face’ BS Programs to meet the growing demands of students as well as to fulfill market needs. The new program is to be initiated for six disciplines including:
- Physics
- Botany
- Mathematics
- Environmental Sciences
- Statistics
Classes for above disciplines excluding Computer Science will be arranged in the main campus while classes for Computer Sciences to be offered at the regional campuses in:
- Islamabad
- Multan
- D. G. Khan
- Bahawalpur
- Rahim Yar Khan
According to an announcement, the admission will reportedly open till the 19th of August, 2019 with the admission forms and prospectus available on AIOU’s website.
Moreover, applicants have been guided to apply online before the stipulated date. The programs are set to be merit-based as per directives of the Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Zia-ul-Qayyum. Applicants can visit AIOU’s official website for more information.
