The actor took to Twitter to reveal that his mother got worried, seeing him trending. “Yaar please koi bata do shaam se Trend kyun ho raha hai #KartikAaryan Ab Mummy ko tension aa rahi hai,” he wrote. His fans informed him why it was happening.

It so happened that Shahnaz had shared a glammed up photo of herself and captioned it as ‘Respect everyone’. Kartik channeled his witty self and dropped a comment. “Usko bhi jisne sabse pehle Bat khaya tha,” he asked. LOL! A baffled Shahnaz did not know how to respond, and replied with a shrug and a few other emojis.
