VC NMU, Dr Mustafa Kamal critically ill due to coronavirus

Vice Chancellor (VC) Nishtar Medical University (NMU), Professor Dr Mustafa Kamal Pasha, is in critical condition due to coronavirus and is being treated at a private hospital in Multan.

According to sources, Dr Mustafa Kamal developed COVID-19 over three weeks ago and was hospitalized when he started feeling difficulty in breathing.

Pioneer Unity, an organization of doctors, appealed to govt for extension of advanced ventilation facilities to NMU VC, Dr Mustafa Kamal Pasha who is very critical due to coronavirus.

The public also demands the immediate transfer of VC NMU to Lahore or any of the best hospitals in the country by air ambulance and provide modern ventilation facilities.

The public appeals from Prime Minister Imran Khan, Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, Health Minister Yasmeen Rashid for the best and modern health facility by airlifting him to another city.
