ISLAMABAD, August 10 (Online Int’l): Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani has expressed the deepest grief and sorrow on the damages done due to rains and floods in different areas of the country including Baluchistan.
He said while expressing solidarity with the affectees that he will not leave them in this time of difficulty. The Chairman Senate has emphasised the need for the Federal and Provincial governments to take every possible measure to rescue the homeless people and for the restoration of the areas whose contact has been cut off with various parts of the country.
In this regard Chairman Senate highlighted the history of taking emergency measures on such occasions from the Upper House and said house representatives of federal units have always accompanied their brothers in every difficult time.
The Chairman Senate has appealed to the people to accompany the institutions to speed up the relief operation in the affected areas and to provide immediate relief to the affected families.
