Indian Army is breaching Geneva Convention and International Humanitarian Law, Pak Army spokesman says.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, DG ISPR says the Indian Army is deliberately targeting the civilian population with cluster ammunition. Indian Army threw cluster bombs at civilians on the Line of Control (LoC).
According to the DG ISPR, the cluster bomb killed 2 civilians and injured 11, including four-year-old child. Indian army targeted the inhabitants on July 30 and 31.
As per the DG ISPR, the use of cluster bombs is prohibited under International Law.He further added that the world should take notice of India’s violation of International Laws, India violated the LoC agreement 1,824 times this year.
It should be noted that Pakistan has strongly protested the violation of the agreement by summoning the Indian Deputy High Commissioner to the Foreign Office three times in two weeks in violation of the LoC Agreement, according to the Foreign Office.
