Baaghi TV: Citizens took to the streets in the Clifton area of Karachi to protest against the power outage, along with women and children.
In Clifton, residents at Teen Talwar protested against a power outage that disrupted road traffic.
Demonstrators chanted slogans against K-Electric, saying residents of seven residential buildings nearby had been without power for four days.
When we contact K Electric, the position is that the power will not be restored due to standing water, even though their buildings have been completely drained of rainwater.
As a result of the protest, traffic on the Teen Talwar was diverted to alternative routes. Police in riot gear stormed a rally on Friday, removing hundreds of protesters by truck.
