During the visit to Karachi, a meeting was arranged between Prime Minister Imran Khan and MQM Pakistan.
According to sources, the meeting will be held at Governor House at 1 pm today. The MQM delegation will be led by Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui. Federal Minister Aminul Haq and Faisal Sabzwari will be present in the meeting.
The meeting will discuss the situation in the province including Karachi and other issues. MQM Pakistan will also brief the Prime Minister on its concerns.
Bad governance, delay in relief works, local body elections, amendments in local body laws will also be discussed. In the meeting, MQM Pakistan will give proposals and plans on development projects.
The plan of PM Imran Khan’s visit to Karachi has been finalized. PM Imran Khan will arrive in Karachi on Saturday afternoon. Federal ministers, NDMA officials and party leaders will also accompany the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister will meet Sindh Governor Imran Ismail and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah separately tomorrow, while the Prime Minister will also meet members of the Assembly, business community and leaders of allied parties.
