LAHORE: On this day in 1996, Star cricketer Shahid Khan Afridi scored an One Day International (ODI) century on just 37 balls against Sri Lanka.
According to details, On 4th of October 1996, Boom Boom Afridi scored one of the fastest century of ODI of all time. He scored a century on just 37 balls with the strike rate of 255. His innings includes 11 huge sixes and 6 fours.

Reportedly, Shahid Afridi played 27 Test matches, 398 ODI matches and 99 T20I matches for Pakistan. Afridi played many match winning innings. His last two winning sixes against India to Ravichandran Ashwin in Asia Cup 2014 will always be remember.
