AirSial operates its first international flight to Dubai
AirSial, Pakistan’s third private airline on Friday has kicked off its international flight operations as a special charter to Dubai from Lahore.
According to the details, AirSial has successfully launched its international flight operations as flight PF-7172 took off from Lahore at 1917 Hrs (local time) and landed at Dubai International Airport at 2140 Hrs (local time).
The private airline used its Airbus A320-233 aircraft, registration AP-BOB, for their first international chartered flight with 162 passengers on board from Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International airport for Dubai.

A cake-cutting ceremony was also held at the airport before the departure of the flight. Initially, the airline will operate weekly two flights for Dubai from Lahore.
It is to be noted that the airline celebrated its first year of operation on December 25, 2021 and according to the latest aviation policy straight away jumped onto this opportunity of first international flight. Earlier, SereneAir had to wait for two years before it could operate international flights.

AirSial, an airline that has been launched by Sialkot’s business community, rightfully thanked the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) for pulling all the stops for this flight.
The post on AirSial Facebook page wrote “we are grateful to the Aviation Division along with the entire Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan for their immense support. Also we would like to thank and Congratulate the Directors, Shareholders and the business community of Sialkot including the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce on this auspicious occasion”.

The post also mentioned that “this is a stepping stone towards our international operations coming soon in 2022”.
The privately-owned airline was granted permission to run its operations by the Aviation Division in 2017. It also plans to launch flights to foreign destinations.
