According to Baaghi TV, Aleem Khan, the provincial minister, was heard on the case of alleged occupation of government land by a private housing society.
The case was heard by Chief Justice Athar Minallah of the Islamabad High Court. Chief Justice Athar Minallah remarked that the state land was given to a private society for use. Private housing societies are also accused of forcibly evicting people. The court sought a detailed report from the CDA chairman by August 13.

On which the lawyer told the court that the majority shareholder of Park View Housing Society is the wife of Aleem Khan, the court inquired who is this Aleem Khan? On which the lawyer said that Aleem Khan is an MPA of PTI and a provincial minister.
Chief Justice Athar Minallah remarked that Aleem Khan is so influential that the state gave his land for use. Why doesn’t the court send the matter to the federal cabinet? Why not write for the formation of a commission of inquiry.How can the CDA give state land?
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Atharmanullah remarked that the CDA chairman himself admitted that it was the fault of the board to do so. The court said on a daily basis that there was no rule of law in Islamabad and the restraining order would be upheld for not using the disputed land of Aleem Khan’s housing society.
The court directed the IG Islamabad and the Chief Commissioner to provide protection to the land owners.
