Another Indian TV actor commits suicide

Mumbai, 6th August 2020: Another alleged suicide in Indian show business has occurred, a TV actor’s body is found hanging from a fan in his home.

According to reports from Indian media, TV actor Sameer Sharma was found dead at his home in Mumbai.

The body of Sameer Sharma, 44, an actor of Indian show business, was found hanging from a fan in his apartment in Malad.

Police rushed to the spot as soon as the suicide was reported and a forensic team was called.

According to Malad police, Sameer Sharma had rented an apartment in February of the same year. During the night on duty, the watchman of the society saw the body and informed the police.

Another Indian star commits suicide

According to police, the motive for suicide is yet to be ascertained. Considering the condition of the body, the police have expressed concern that the actor had committed suicide a day earlier.

The body has been sent for autopsy.

It may be noted that after the suicide of the Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput in June, this is the fourth suicide from the Indian showbiz industry reported in a span of two months.
