Another wave of Corona expected, Qibla Ayaz appeals to scholars

Friday, July 10th: According to the report of Baaghi TV, the chairman of the Islamic Ideological Council, Qibla Ayaz, has said that online recourse is being made for the sacrifice, which is a welcome thing.
Qibla Ayaz said that in the current situation, online purchase of animals is necessary, scholars and the government have prepared SOPs, cattle markets will not be held in cities, people should give priority to collective sacrifice as much as possible.
Qibla Ayaz further said that if the cattle markets are away from the city then the fear of the spread of Corona will be less, Allah sees the intention in the sacrifice, people need not worry this time, Eid-ul-Adha is different from other years due to Coronavirus.
Qibla Ayaz further said that there is never a specific number for performing Hajj, another wave of Corona is expected for which precautions are required ahead of time, the decision of Saudi government to perform Hajj in limited numbers is good, scholars on Eid-ul-Adha shorten the Eid sermon.
In his message to the nation, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Eid-ul-Adha is coming and I appeal to all not to do what they did on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. Don’t do what you did on the last Eid. On the last Eid we showed negligence. It was not taken into account that this virus spreads faster than people gather in one place.
PM Imran Khan said that due to our negligence, the virus spread very fast on the occasion of Eid. As a result, our hospitals and front line workers came under pressure and unfortunately the death toll increased and the virus reached its peak. After Eid, smart lockdown and other measures reduced the number of corona cases.
