Aryan Khan drug case ‘baseless’ claims, Aslam Merchant
Mumbai: As per Arbaaz Merchant’s father, Aslam Merchant, Aryan Khan and his friend Arbaaz Merchant both are innocent.
Arbaaz’s father, lawyer Aslam Merchant, has claimed that the drug allegations filed against his son and Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan are “baseless” and “they are innocent.
“Merchant acknowledged the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in an interview, said that the agency has been “quite good to the kids.”
During a cocaine raid on a cruise ship heading for Goa, the NCB arrested Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and several others.
The agency recommended that Aryan, Arbaaz, and their companion Munmun Dhamecha be held in jail until October 11.
The judge, however, only extended their custody until October 7th.

While talking to the Times Now, Merchant told them. “All of the charges are false, but they are being investigated. It is far too early to make any conclusions at this time. The NCB has been extremely helpful and accommodating to the children.
As a lawyer, I have faith in the judicial system. The truth will triumph… They are blameless,” “Whatever was found, was found inside the ship, not outside,” Merchant stated when asked about the illegal narcotics reportedly found on his kid.
Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and others, they didn’t even attempt to board the ship. “They were visitors.”
The NCB informed a Mumbai court on Monday that it had discovered “shocking and incriminating” material in Aryan’s and two others’ WhatsApp conversations.
“There are no drug-related WhatsApp conversations,” Merchant added. They hadn’t even thought about it. It was just a hopefully push idea to go to the ship. They had been invited. They just made a decision out of nowhere.
