Lahore, 22nd October: According to the report of Baghi TV, General R Asim Saleem Bajwa has been replaced by Information Advisor.
Baaghi TV: Rauf Hassan has been appointed as Special Assistant for Information. The notification of the appointment of Rauf Hassan will be issued shortly. The post was vacant after the resignation of Asim Saleem Bajwa. According to private TV, Rauf Hassan Bajwa has been appointed as Special Assistant for Information.
It is to be noted that the resignation of Asim Saleem Bajwa was accepted on October 12. Asim Saleem Bajwa, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan for Information, has said that he had requested the Prime Minister to resign from his post of Special Assistant, on social networking site Twitter. Asim Saleem Bajwa tweeted that the Prime Minister had accepted my request to resign as Special Assistant.
