Assassination attack on Murad Saeed

Muzaffarabad: In the constituency of PML-N leader Raja Farooq Haider, Ali Amin Gandapur, Murad Saeed were assassinated.

Every party is holding rallies for the victory of Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly elections in which central leaders are also participating.

In this regard, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Federal Minister Murad Saeed was on his way to campaign in the constituency of PML-N leader Farooq Haider when unidentified persons pelted stones and opened fire on his vehicle.

According to local sources, the firing started on the PTI convoy as soon as it entered the constituency of Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider. Ali Gandapur, Murad Saeed Sardar Tanveer Ilyas and locals.

Sources said that Murad Saeed was walking with Ali Amin Gandapur in the constituency when stones started pelting from the mountains while a bullet hit Murad Saeed’s convoy during aerial firing.

According to sources, people carrying sticks were also present on the highways on the arrival of federal ministers.

It should be noted that a few days ago, Farooq Haider had threatened Murad Saeed to come to his constituency. Despite the accident, Murad Saeed and Ali Amin are on their way to Gandapur League leader Farooq Haider’s constituency.

It is also reported that before the attack, Maryam Nawaz and PML-N Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider had a telephone conversation in which the issue of campaigning in the constituency by the federal ministers was also discussed.

Some quarters have claimed that Maryam Nawaz had advised Raja Farooq Haider to give a stern reply to the PTI ministers when they entered her constituency and this incident took place exactly half an hour after the phone call.
