Lahore, 12th April: Pakistan People Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Zardari has announced that his party is resigning from all posts of the opposition alliance Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM).
While addressing a press conference on Monday, Bilawal Zardari said that the PPP’s central executive committee (CEC) has asked its members to resign from the posts of PDM.

PPP Chairman chaired the CEC session and made the shocking announcement in a protest to the issuance of show-cause notices to the PPP and Awami National Party (ANP).
He lambasted PDM for adopting an action plan against the democratic norms.
He said, “We are standing along with the ANP and we will take decisions after consultations. PPP is a political party and we respect all opposition parties as well.”
He condemned the politics of Opposition against the members of Opposition.
