LONDON (9th Nov, 2019): British politician, John Bercow has stated that Brexit will not help the United Kingdom (UK).

According to details, in his recent statement, John Bercow has claimed that Brexit is the United Kingdom’s biggest mistake since the second world war.

Days after bowing out as Speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow said Brexit will not help the UK and that the country is better off being part of the European Union.

While speaking to the Foreign Press Association, Bercow also dismissed accusations of bias by Brexit-backing MPs during his term as Speaker, insisting it was parliament who had prevented Britain from leaving the EU before now. He was replaced as Speaker by the Labour MP Lindsay Hoyle earlier this week.

Reportedly, Bercow has been replaced as Speaker by the Labour MP Lindsay Hoyle.
