Buying & Selling of Weapons Banned in Afghanistan
Buying and Selling of arms has been banned in Afghanistan, as per the latest notice issued by the Afghan Taliban.
According to Afghan media, the Ministry of Defense has banned the sale and purchase of weapons across the country. The reports have also revealed that the sale and purchase of explosives and undocumented vehicles has also been banned.
The Afghan Ministry of Defense says:
“Some irresponsible people had taken weapons and vehicles from government offices and officials. In the process of return, these people did not return the weapons and vehicles, now they are trying to sell these weapons and vehicles.”
According to the Ministry of Defense, the buying and selling of undocumented and unlicensed vehicles will remain banned.
