ISPR: The World Military Shooting Championship 2021
Lahore: According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the World Military Shooting Championship 2021 has started in Lahore. And more than 50 international shooters are taking part in it.
Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) issued a statement that the opening ceremony of the 53rd World Military Shooting Championship was held in Lahore. The Pakistan Army’s Lahore Garrison Shooting Gallery is hosting the CISM International Shooting.
The 53rd World Military Shooting Championship (Shot Gun) 2021 began today in Lahore under the supervision of the International Military Sports Council (CISM), generally known as the International Military Sports Council.
“A large number of CISM representatives, dignitaries, diplomats, and spectators watched the bright and outstanding opening event,” ISPR said .
ISPR furthermore added that almost 50 shooters are participating in the championship while 41 countries including Russia, France, Sri Lanka, Palestine and Kenya are also participated. The International Military Championship is being held in Pakistan for the second time. The championship will continue till October 9 in Lahore.
This includes different shotgun shooting events, including trap and skate shooting for both men and women, ISPR added.
It is to be clear that the Pakistan Army won a bronze medal at the 58th World Military Boxing Championships in Moscow. At the 58th World Military Boxing Championships in Moscow, Russia, the Army also took home a bronze medal. Bilawal Zia, Pakistan Army won bronze at the World Military Boxing Championships.
