Headquarter Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has issued a notification in connection with grant of Eid bonus to their employees.

According to the notification, CAA authorities have decided not to pay Eid bonus to officers and staff members. After which a huge disappointment has spread among them across the country.

However, a letter has been written to the Minister for Aviation Affairs by Sanaullah Zia, the chairman of Insaf Workers Union, CAA.

The letter stated that the CAA employees have put their lives in danger 24/7 by providing services to the international passengers arriving from different countries (mostly coronavirus affected).

Despite of praising and enhancing their dedication to brighten the name of the country, the CAA management has stopped to pay them bonuses on the occasion of Eid ul Fitr.

Even though the Bonus 2020 has been approved, unfortunately it is not being released by the Civil Aviation Authority management. This decision has caused calamity among those families of the employees who used to do many household chores every year in the form of Eid bonus.

The only solution to save people from disappointment is to issue bonuses immediately before Eid, the letter said.
