COAS Visits Sulemanki Sector and Bahawalnagar Garrison
Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Sulemanki Sector and Bahawalnagar Garrison, to observe Heavy Mechanized Brigade Youth War Exercises.
According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), Suleiman’s arrival was received by Corps Commander Lieutenant General Khalid Zia. The Army Chief was also briefed about the operational readiness. The Army Chief appreciated the operational readiness and commitment of the soldiers.
The Army Chief also visited Bahawalnagar Garrison to see the combat exercises of the Heavy Mechanized Brigade. He expressed satisfaction over the training, military readiness, and capabilities of the soldiers.
According to DG ISPR, General Bajwa stressed that capabilities should be further honed to deal with large-scale threats.
